Foundation

We are offering Design Consultancy services in Architecture, Interior Design and Planning since 1987. In the last thirty years of standing, the firm has designed and executed numerous works of Architectural quality and design value in India & abroad. The Firm was established by Ar. SANJAY KOTHARI (B.Arch. AIIA, Born in 1965, graduated from Chandigarh College of Architecture) with a simple vision to learn the deeper meanings of architecture through practice based on robust design and drawing discipline learnt through formal and informal ways of learning the Art of Architecture. During brief working with veteran architect late Mr. A.D. RAJE was the real introduction to design and Robust drawing discipline which set the direction and vision for the practice of profession.
